Conference organizers invite guests, faculty, postdoctoral fellows and students to participate in the poster session, which will be held during lunch and the reception that follows the day’s lectures.
Located in Martel Hall, which is the main open area outside of the auditorium, the poster session will provide a platform to share your research and ideas with conference participants.
Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 student posters presented.
To participate, submit the online form by April 20. Posters need to be sized to 24 x 36 inches. Poster Session setup is Monday, April 25 from 8:30-9:00 a.m. Early setup by your team will allow for all-day viewing of the poster.
Further, we encourage participants to consider entering the Prota Challenge, for a cash prize.
